Students, Faculty, and Staff Create ‘Reflections for the Season of Lent 2022’

Madison, Wis. (March 1, 2022) - Continuing an annual tradition, alumni, students, faculty and staff have created Reflections for the Season of Lent 2022. 

Lent is the forty-day preparatory period before Easter, beginning on Ash Wednesday. In the Christian tradition, the season of Lent is a time of soul searching and repentance—a time for reflection while taking stock of one’s life in preparation for the Easter celebration of the risen Christ.

Contributors from throughout the community of Edgewood College have created this collection. Generally, we have included only a portion of the biblical text due to space constraints. We hope these reflections, based on readings in the Common Christian Lectionary, serve as a guide and a point of inspiration for you during this year’s observance of Lent.
