Edgewood College Named a Military Friendly School for 2022-2023

Madison, Wis. (June 24, 2022) – Edgewood College is pleased to announce that it has earned a gold ranking in the national Military Friendly®  Schools list for 2022-2023. Edgewood College has been recognized as a Military Friendly School since 2009.

“Undoubtedly, Edgewood College is honored to receive this recognition again for 2022-2023,” Matthew J. Schroeder ’07, Director of Military and Veterans Services, said. “It is our belief that the military & veteran community brings wealth of diversity and experience to our campus and classrooms, and we have made the institutional commitment to support them through the Office of Military & Veterans Services.  This award is an acknowledgement of that effort, and the hard work that members of our campus have put forward to welcome and respect these uniquely special members of our community.”

College and universities earning the Military Friendly ® School designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. More than 1,800 schools participated in the 2022-2023 survey, with 665 earning the designation in Gold.
