With thirty years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Kelly has found the most crucial aspect of generating success in the practice of occupational therapy is the development of the interpersonal relationship between the practitioner and the client. And with more than twenty years of academic experience, she brings this same mindset to her academic leadership style.
