Financial Aid

Questions about Financial Aid? Students may schedule a one-on-one appointment with a member of our Financial Aid staff at a time convenient for them. We make it easy - we can "walk you through" the whole process. Please contact us at 608-663-4300 or send us an email.  We look forward to hearing from you! 

Looking to pay a bill? Students must first complete the FERPA Financial Release online to specify individuals (parents, spouse, other(s) who Edgewood College can share financial information with (financial aid, account balance, charges, refunds, payment information, etc.). Follow these steps: 

1. Student logs onto Edgewood Express
2. Go to FERPA Financial Release (bottom of left menu)
3. Complete the form including the name, birthdate, and relationship

Reminder - Your student's bills from the College are sent electronically to their Edgewood College email address. If you are an authorized payer, you will also receive your student's e-bill through the email account you designated.

Students may assign others to be an authorized payer. Authorized payers can view and pay bills on the student's behalf.  

Add Dining Dollars - Additional Dining Dollars can be added at any point online at onecard.edgewood.edu.
