Student Equity and Diversity
The Division of Mission, Values, and Inclusion is dedicated to strengthening our College’s commitment to our mission and our Dominican values. The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Office of Campus Ministry work together to develop student leaders and create a community where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered.
The Office of DEI works to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within our college community by celebrating and acknowledging heritage months, providing support to students and families from diverse backgrounds, and overseeing the Emerging Leaders Program. We manage inclusive spaces like the Multicultural Student Lounge, Queer Student Center, and Multifaith Prayer Room, ensuring these areas serve as welcoming environments for all. We also collaborate with multicultural student organizations such as the Black Student Union, Latinx Student Union, Identity, and the Asian/International Student Association, offering guidance and support to enhance their impact on campus.
The Office of Campus Ministry accompanies students of all faith backgrounds in learning, exploring spirituality, community-building, and social justice programming, supporting them in their search for truth. We offer the Siena Scholars leadership program, retreats, immersion trips, and opportunities for prayer & service.
