(February 4, 2025) – Edgewood College and Evidence In Motion (EIM) proudly announce their groundbreaking partnership to launch graduate degree programs that address the increasing demand in health care professions. This collaboration will provide aspiring professionals with the opportunity to pursue degrees in Physical Therapy (DPT), Occupational Therapy (OTD), and Speech-Language Pathology (MS-SLP).

Dean’s List and Semester Honors Announced for Fall 2024

Madison, Wis. (January 28, 2025) - Edgewood College has named the students who have earned a place on the Dean’s List, or on the Semester Honors List, for the Fall 2024 Semester. Fulltime undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students who earn a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher are eligible for the Dean’s List after completing 24 credit hours of study at Edgewood College.

Edgewood College Becomes Edgewood University in 2025

Beloit College, Edgewood College Create Nursing Partnership

(May 2, 2024) – Addressing a significant statewide and national nursing shortage, Beloit College’s School of Health Sciences and the Henry Predolin School of Nursing at Edgewood College are partnering on a dual-degree program housed on the Beloit College campus to create more registered nurses with bachelor’s degrees. The nursing program begins on Beloit College’s campus in May 2025.

Distinguished Alum Named National Superintendent of the Year

(February 21, 2024) – Edgewood College celebrates the announcement of Dr. Joe Gothard ’99, MA ’04, Ed.D. ’15 as the 2024 National Superintendent of the Year by the America Association of School Administrators (AASA). Dr. Gothard is a three-time Edgewood College alum, earning his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Biology, master’s degree in Educational Administration, and his doctorate in Educational Leadership. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Edgewood College.

The new program joins the Doctoral Degrees in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.), and the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

New Partnership with The Jed Foundation Supports Student Mental Health

(January 23, 2024) – Edgewood College is pleased to announce it has partnered with The Jed Foundation (JED) to become a JED Campus, bolstering support for student well-being and mental health. JED’s program is a nationwide initiative designed to help colleges and universities evaluate and strengthen their mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention programs, ensuring the students have the best possible mental health safety nets. Edgewood College joins more than 400 campuses engaged in the JED Campus program.
