Co-Meditation Fall 2020

Have you ever wanted to try meditation – to see what it is like?  You can, with others, in a 30-minute window on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings. 

All faculty, staff and students – no matter your experience level -- are welcome to join in silent co-meditations between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays held virtually using WebEx.

Co-meditations are silent, unguided meditations in the company of others.  Many say that the benefits of meditation are enhanced in a group setting. A faculty-meditator “holds the space” for anyone who wants to join anytime in that 30-minute window. No program; just come, sit, and give your mind a break. 

The co-meditations continue throughout the Fall term, and they are Tastes of Contemplation*.
