Academic Success at Edgewood College
Edgewood College offers a range of free support services to help students succeed, including the Learning Lab, Testing Center, and Writing Center. Conveniently located in the Oscar Rennebohm Library, these resources are designed to support your academic success. In fact, one in three students take advantage of these services every semester because asking for help is a normal part of the learning process. Most of our 30+ Peer Coaches started out by utilizing these spaces to seek assistance, so they understand exactly what you’re going through!
Learning Lab
Drop-in support for various subjects and academic skills. Peer Coaches are available 40+ hours a week to help with coursework, exam reviews, study strategies, and to provide a comfortable environment for individual and group work.
Testing Center
A dedicated space for students who need specific accommodations during exams. We provide a consistent, comfortable, and distraction-free environment, with staff proctors ensuring you can perform at your best.
Writing Center
A drop-in space for all kinds of academic writing, from essays and research papers, to applications and personal statements. Peer Coaches are available 40+ hours a week to offer support with any stage of your writing process, from brainstorming ideas to final drafts. The Writing Center provides students with a comfortable environment for individual and group work.
