Enrollment Data Processor (Part-Time)


Edgewood College is seeking a part-time Enrollment Data Processor. This Enrollment Data Processor will effectively maintain systems and processes for applicant data and files.  This position will serve as administrative support to the Enrollment Data and Application Managers.


  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and information sharing regarding applicant files; this includes processing applications, indexing and scanning documents, processing ACT scores, and auditing paper documents.
  • Effectively communicate information regarding applications to admissions counselors.
  • Maintain high levels of data entry accuracy and a commitment to improving processes and procedures.
  • Work with campus groups and other offices to maintain process efficiency.
  • Assist the Enrollment Data and Application Managers with duties when necessary.


Necessary Education or Work Experience:

  • Associate’s degree (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (desired)
  • Experience working within a college or university setting (desired)


Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
