Adjunct Instructor for History

Description of Job

The ideal candidate will be able to teach three courses per semester, including our World Civilization course as well as a course in European and E. Asian History each semester, and be willing to engage in various departmental commitments to the College.

Here are the potential course offerings the instructor would be asked to teach:

HIST 108 H - Medieval Europe

HIST 110 H - Beginnings of Modern Europe

HIST 115 H - Europe & the World

HIST 111 GH - East Asian History

HIST 117 GH - History of Modern China

HIST 221 GH - Modern Japan Minimum

HIST 249 GH - History of US & East Asian Relations

HIST 284 GH - Hist of People’s Republic of China
