Program-Specific Accreditations
The baccalaureate, master’s degree in nursing, and doctor of nursing practice programs at Edgewood College are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street, NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791. The College’s nursing programs are approved by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
The College’s business program is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs.
The Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s Program is an accredited training program approved by the International Accreditation Commission for Systemic Therapy Education.
All teacher education and administrator education programs are approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Authorization for Online Education
Edgewood College offers multiple online programs designed with flexibility for the nontraditional student. Our students experience a quality education whether it’s fully online or hybrid format.
Edgewood is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). NC-SARA is an agreement “among member states and U.S. territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs. It is intended to make it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions based in another state” (NC-SARA).

Nursing
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing and the master’s degree program in nursing at Edgewood College are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
Authorizations of licensures and certification in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing are eligible for licensure in any U.S. state or territory.
