ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps)

Edgewood College students participate in ROTC via a cross town collaborative program with UW-Madison. These student proudly represent the Badger Battalion.

There are numerous reasons why joining ROTC can be beneficial:

  • Tuition Assistance: ROTC offers tuition assistance for college tuition, textbooks or other school expenses.
  • Leadership Skills: Skills learned in ROTC are extremely valuable whether continuing in the military or applying them in civilian life.
  • Career Opportunities: ROTC assists cadets in evaluating their specific interests, training and skills with various career options.
  • Potential to become a commissioned officer: After graduation and completion of ROTC, cadets may be able to begin a career on active duty or as a reserve officer.
